Manitoba Association of Asian Physicians – MAAP
MAAP was formed in June 1985 and has grown over the years. We have a substantial membership of practicing physicians, residents and students.

Mission Statement

• Cater to the academic and social aspirations of doctors with a heritage from the Asian continent.
• Foster quality health care through continuing education programs and discussion groups.
• Support and understand religious and cultural diversity in Canada and its impact on patient care.
• Promote human rights issues.
• Develop working relationship with provincial and national medical organisation whose goals are similar to those of MAAP.
